If i workout too much i get too fatigued to work out for another month and i get even fatter.
If i workout too little i never see any results and eventually get fatigued anyway.
If i workout a moderate amount i slowly see very small improvement and then eventually crash out for an entire three months because of all the accumulated fatigue.
Are some people just naturally destined to be moderately fat and unhealthy?
