Your cardio, performance and mood (by performance I'm assuming general athleticism) should just go up the leaner and it won't start decreasing until you get well into single digit territory.

Being super lean has almost nothing to do with health and actually makes you less healthy overall.
As long as you aren't super obese some level of increased body fat likely does almost nothing to make you that much less healthy, the health difference you would experience between 15 and 18 percent body fat as a man is virtually nothing.

Health is mostly based on lots of biomarkers which you can't really know/see outside of specific medical testing.

I sleep 8 hours a day plus naps sometimes, I have a multivitamin, eat chicken and random vegs occasionally beef, hang out with my homies every so often too.
