you need centrifuge-tier speeds to denature protein just by mixing it around. even if it did, meat is denatured by chopping and cooking it but i bet you do that too. protein doesnt magically become worthless because of denaturing. stop being a schizo

i think ive used my blender twice within the last 4 years and try my best not to use it for small tasks because how much of a pain in the ass it is to clean

No you fucking dickweed. The fucking protein sticks to the side and I have to fucking rinse it out and put it into my shake and it fucks it up.
- 2 dl of coffee
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Whatever amount of heavy cream you need to get up to 3 dl total
Blend for 30 seconds with an emulsion blender.
Fucking nectar of the gods.
~400-450 kcal, and it's great as breakfast, as I usually can't eat anything from early on.
>>76600839 >having to carry around a batter and motor in your fucking shake bottle
lol
You know most blenders, the bottom part with the blades can attach to a mason jar or other container so you can go ahead and blend it in that then slap whatever normal lid on it.

Not true, foaming of any kind denatures protein due to shear stresses at the air/liquid interface, which more of the sample is exposed to when forming bubbles >protein doesnt magically become worthless because of denaturing.
This is true though. Your body is going to denature and outright destroy protein itself anyway during digestion.

I get it, in India you buy your food and its 50% chance it has dirt, poison or a laxative mixed in for extra weight
