The kinda where the rules don't punish people for going to their ass, and also punish people for not engaging with the person on the ground. People are always going to game the rules of any sport, but for some reason the IBBJF doesn't want to make pulling guard (zero points) the same as being taken down (2 points). A lot of the butt scooting would stop if people lost 2 points for pulling guard.
