Is it possible to have a good body as a runner?
Most of them look like starving Kenyans. Can you run 2-3x a week while getting to a body like picrelated in the gym?

You can maintain muscle while still using the run for cardio. Excess muscle is just extra weight for long distance runners, and there is no need to do more than 20-40 mins of jogging / running a few times a week to develop and maintain healthy cardio.

Other options for cardio, besides running, are things like burpees, hindu squats, speed walking, rucking.

I run so that I can be healthy enough and have low enough blood pressure to take more steroids for longer periods of time. If you really want to push the limits of your strength and you don't want to die you have to do CARDIO

what does being "a runner" mean?
plenty of 200lbs shredded guys doing some running training and racing decent times in road races. Don't have do 100km per week and be skelly as fuck.
