splinting might fix it visually but wont restore function. alternatively seek a second opinion from a different doctor

you might wanna stretch it and strenghten it then. stretch it in the normal directions with your healthy hand. do different finger exersizes. assuming your arthritis is not that bad that the stretching might fuck it up more/tear shit up... splint is also a good option. you should get off daily while you do exercises tho. then immediately put back on again

Splinting and PT plus shit like enzymes and Yamanaka factor inducers *might* be a viable alternative to surgery if you can break down enough scar tissue and stimulate enough healing, but it's all pretty experimental stuff.

pepetides can work pretty well for improving soft tissue injuries without scar tissue, but I haven't seen much literature on contractures/scars using pepetides besides enzymes. Dupuytren contracture already has deranged China enzyme shit like XIAFLEX® (collagenase clostridium histolyticum) approved as an injection treatment, and that stuff is even kinda boomer compared to newer literature.

Doesn't red light and a tens unit work for scar tissue?
Do I just inject Yamanaka or xiaflex or what?

Shit, there are clinical trials out there using systemic turmeric plus bromelain in terms of like the most basic bitch enzyme+Yamanaka shit.

I've had good results running peptides for a pulley rupture. If you want to go for the gusto add CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin along with the bpc and tb. Don't forget to sup collagen 2 to help support repair.
