Training: 2 weeks of weightlifting, 2 weeks of working 12-14 hour shifts on the rigs.

This is the fittest I’ve ever been. 40k steps per day while running and lifting awkward tools / machinery.

I feel like I should try out for a marathon at this point.

I can't tell if my traps are baby mode or somewhat impressive. I don't focus on them primarily but I've noticed them popping a lot more and I'm going to say it's because of Zerchers + Farmer's Walk.

Op here. Who said calisthenic dont build traps? My trap is allright here with the amount of pullup and chinup i do. Also i'm not pencil neck my neck muscle is decent from all the grunt i shout while doing it. All you have to do is consistent and the result will show up. Keep up the grind fellas

6ft 180lbs. It's taken about 7 years to grow from where I started at 135lbs.

I mostly rock climb and started to gym twice a week a couple years ago.

I'm thinking of doing a small 10lb cut to see if I can get rid of some stubborn belly fat and get some more core definition visible. Plan is add 30 minutes of cardio daily to my routine and cut out some junk food snacks to create roughly a 500cal deficit then hit core hard. I've never really had visible abs. I've never done a cut before so fear getting skinny again as I still see myself as skinny in the mirror but I'd like to get down to 10-12% from my current roughly 15-16%. Open to suggestions of supplements that could help.
