what games do you guys play between sets?
i normally go on tiktok, but i used to play some blue archive, and just upgrade and set up auto battle.
i also jsut used to farm bosses in wuwa.

now and again i do some simon thatham puzzle stuff but it's hard to tthink between sets

Visualize my life goals. Fantasize about murdering people who have wronged me or society in brutal ways. Fantasize about raping cardio bunnies but not enough to get a chub. Call myself a pussy for feeling pain. Work on dissociating from my body so I can feel less pain (mostly do this on leg day). Nod my head if a good song or good part of a song comes on my headphones. Check off my set on my app and look at what is next in the routine. Check my posture. Not in that order.

Since i'm a student I do flashcards. The gym is pretty much just a study sesh with breaks being the exercises. That or look at some juicy asses

Retards go on the phone. Imagine touching nasty ass weights that never get cleaned with idiots who workout sick and have MRSA and then getting it all over tour phone you touch all day. Even if you wash your hands, you touch your phone then touch your face. Your steering wheel is disgusting too. But do not touch your phone in the gym. I haven't been sick in like 12 years because I'm not a dumb animal.

Browsing your phone between sets is for pussies. Most people browsing their phone at the gym look like prime bullying targets. I look around the gym and make sure I'm aware of my surroundings. I steady my breathing and mentally prepare for the next set. I look at other people lifting weight. I stare into space.

Join the nophone master race. You will lift your head and see pussies all around you clutching their phones and awkwardly staring into them.

i workout at home so i'm usually watching mythbusters or some shit
