Eat your big meals earlier in the day and snack during the night and don’t eat 2 hours before bed

Bulking is fucking stupid and you've only heard surface tier normie bullshit if you think that's how muscle grows. Carbs and fat don't built muscle retard. Eating more protein doesn't build muscle faster retard. It's a slow, long process that you can't cheat (without massive health side effects). Just lift and eat 20-30% more protein than normal. Eating all the time doesn't matter, in fact every time you eat you spike insulin for 3-4 hours which competes with testosterone so you're lowering T by eating more often.

I agree with this. Worst thing I ever did fitness-wise is fall for the bulking meme. I could legit post photos of me before and after bulking, and I was a million times better before.
Don't waste your youth being fat, guys. It's a losing situation.

You bulked like a retard if that's your result. Half a pound per week or a quarter kilo gained a week is a good pace. Anything faster than that is completely unnecessary unless you're like a recovering anorexic or something

Then literally consume the food any time before the last three - four hours before bed.

Have you tried pain relief pm meds? Melatonin maybe? They are habit forming fyi but they used to make me feel nice and drowsy. Now they just take a little bit of the edge off.

>A pound of *muscle tissue itself contains roughly 600 to 800 calories. However, to build a pound of muscle requires a significant caloric surplus of approximately 2,500 to 3,500

Noobies can put on about 10 lbs a year. So 2500-3500x10/365 you only need about ~68 - 95 extra calories a day to gain the 10lbs. Do not fall for the bulking meme. Anything over 200 calories extra day is pure fat

Peanut butter
A small amount before bedtime has been shown to help regulate blood sugar, but it also contains tryptophan and magnesium. It has also been shown to reduce cortisol.
