Bulking is easy just eat vits/fats 1x/day and add ebough red meat seafood.
Carbs is just stay full enough to raise bmr, high insulin builds more muscle and fat. Takes 2+hrs to carb load, and multiple days to get out of starvation mode. Its best to lift here and there all the time while carb timing so you dont gain a ton of fat but its usually better to go way too hard for a month to figure out how much muscle you can currently gain in however much time. I like soda to keep glycogen high and spike insulin.
Protein is easy just eat a ton, if youre super full it takes a long ass time to absorb it. And it gets used faster the more advanced your endocrine(hormone) system is.
Its super easy staying full all day and lifting a ton, just make sure to drink a ton of gatorade the more work you do or gains are worse and you wont fill glycogen which is a huge deal for getting a bigger pump and gaining muscle. You can also do a ton more super intense volume while bulking. Dont forget salt/chilesterol/b12/iron and usually butter/veg all the time or your pump will be softer with low vits whichbagain high workload means you need to eat a shitload of vitamins.
