give me your bulking tips. I hate eating so every meal is forced. Meal prep isnt really an option because I will not eat food that sat in the fridge cooked for more than 2 days - cooking every day however is not a sustainable option. I am not progressing in my lifts any more and my bf is too low. give me ideas, recipes, hacks etc how to gain at least 10 kg. I am at around 80kg now at 5ä10

Butter with everything
Example oatmeal:
oats 80g 300 kcal
raisins 44g 135 kcal
butter 35g 258 kcal
milk 500 ml 335kcal
total: 1028 kcal
300ml to mix with your oats and the other 200 in the bowl. You can add more butter, more milk, more raisins whatever. Thats 1000+ calories just for breakfast

Just do what you normally cook, but add a little more each time you eat.
Slowly adding more will get you used to bigger portions in the long run.
If you learn how to cook, bulking will be way easier. You can dirty bulk after you get used to bigger portions. Puts less stress on your GI tract.

If you focused on cutting slow and putting on muscle hourly during, maybe some +100-500 for half a week to get bmr up, only eating sugar to lift heavy asap, and perfect diet otherwise(just lift a shitload youll need cables/machines) you wont look as saggy. You cant just halt hormone production and expect fat distro to be as good as when you diet properly, youre probably getting advice from roiders or people who get shitty progress. You want bmr to stay high, and to lose weight at any rate not asap, then youll put on muscle get higher test and youll just lose more fat and build muscle faster without having to try as hard.

Bulking is easy just eat vits/fats 1x/day and add ebough red meat seafood.

Carbs is just stay full enough to raise bmr, high insulin builds more muscle and fat. Takes 2+hrs to carb load, and multiple days to get out of starvation mode. Its best to lift here and there all the time while carb timing so you dont gain a ton of fat but its usually better to go way too hard for a month to figure out how much muscle you can currently gain in however much time. I like soda to keep glycogen high and spike insulin.

Protein is easy just eat a ton, if youre super full it takes a long ass time to absorb it. And it gets used faster the more advanced your endocrine(hormone) system is.

Its super easy staying full all day and lifting a ton, just make sure to drink a ton of gatorade the more work you do or gains are worse and you wont fill glycogen which is a huge deal for getting a bigger pump and gaining muscle. You can also do a ton more super intense volume while bulking. Dont forget salt/chilesterol/b12/iron and usually butter/veg all the time or your pump will be softer with low vits whichbagain high workload means you need to eat a shitload of vitamins.

Appetite signaling just varies. I've been on drugs for months at a time that almost deleted it and I'm normally prone to eat too much.

Just get good at cooking and eat more beef/steak every now and then with a ton of chicken. You cannbasically eat as much as you want if you do a ton of heavy compounds then hypertrophy. Your hormones upregulate a ton with a week of bulking, and a lot of the time percieved fat gain is just your fat and muscle being hydrated for once. You wont gain strength half as fast trying to minimize fat gain, its better to try and stay at a constant +400 or so around lifting depending on how fast you burn calories.

I do most of the cooking in the household. I'm pretty decent at it, the real issue is working labor. The amount of shit I have to eat to keep in check is gross, especially during the summer months

Grow up. If you've ever eaten fast food or any tv dinner from the frozen aisle, you've eaten cooked food that was frozen for WAY longer than 2 days

Just make a bunch of junk food without preservatives like pastries, cookies, ice cream. I find it easiest to bulk with steak tacos, kebabs, chicken, bread, pasta, potatoes, rice etc. A ton of fat like fried with vegetable oil and whatnot is basically empty calories past getting all fatty acid chains, i try to have butter once a day evoo fish oil fatty beef with vegetables.

Way easier just to buy a ton of chicken tenders and ice cream to add calories once you have enough nutrients. I cant get enough "simple carbs" even bread pasta rice etc i need to add junk food or ill be hungry as shit if im lifting.

If I was still in my twenties I would. I'm good now with where I'm at. 180 is a pretty comfy weight for me. Not too light, not to fat. Idk if I'll ever truly bulk again unless I get laid off for a winter

Bulking tip: eat a 200 calorie surplus because you will put on 90% as much muscle as a higher surplus but 1/3 of the fat, and you don’t have to cram yourself like a fatass
