Guys, I ate a full summer sausage without looking at the packaging and I can feel my gains leaving my body. I didn't realize it's 7 servings per container.

>4900g sodium
>980 calories from fat
>63g protein

Sounds like we need at least 2 more to hit our daily protein goals.

are you retarded? 5g of salt per day is fine unless you are fat fuck or have some health problems

Chicken sausage isn't as bad but its one of those things where the entire reason you pick up pork sausage is so you can have its fat flavors in whatever you're making.

Why would anyone ever look at the serving info instead of just the macros per 100g..?

Even so, just workout and sweat, tard? Salt is irrelevant for people who work out

>instead of just the macros per 100g..?
i think it's an american (or 3rd world) thing
where manufacturers can just put on some imaginary serving size and scale the macros

that's how you get people eating tictacs thinking they're 0 calories

EU has very strict labeling requirements
unless the product is too small it has to be an easily readable table for macros always given as per 100g
thanks EU

Because nobody eats food per 100 grams.
