What do you eat?
I am not asking about recipes, I ask about ingredients, food products that you eat.
Not what you ate today, but in whole month. What are your most eaten food products.

>What do you eat?
that's a really long list anon

>oats, mixed berries, mixed seeds, mixed nuts, unflavored protein powder for breakfast every day
>steamed potatoes, tofu, mix of fresh / steamed / baked (seasonal) veggies, something fermented, some yogurt / sour cream based sauce with fresh herbs for lunch
>(seasonal) fruit and nuts as snack
>green lentils with mix of fresh / steamed / baked veggies, fresh herbs, pickled & fermented veggies with olive oil dressing for dinner
>water, occasional wine and ginger juice for drinks
sometimes fresh bread roll for breakfast during weekends
or cake for lunch if family is over

i grow the herbs and some veggies / fruits myself
got a little orchard (14 trees) and grow enough berries to freeze for the whole year
pickled and fermented stuff is also all homemade
tofu is homemade as well, then I smoke and freeze it
lentils are sometimes replace by some kind of bean

Breakfast is usually 1 wheat tortilla with ham and cheese and sometimes avocado, black coffee and 2 eggs. Zinc supplement as well.

Lunch is either beef, fish, shellfish, chicken or pork with potatoes, rice or pasta. Sometimes also sweet potatoes or quinoa, a minority of the time. Sometimes a side of veggies and for desert fruit (usually banana) with honey.

Dinner is the same as lunch but always have vegetables at dinner and for dessert I eat yoghurt.

Vegetables are garlic, onions, tomatoes, eggplants, carrots, peppers and sometimes lettuce, avocado or celery.

I drink a protein shake with whole milk after working out every day. I also have plenty of snacks because my wife loves goyslop but I'm not the one who buys them.

sorry to hijack your thread, but does anyone else feel like shit after eating?

it sucks because being hungry is also painful, but I just know that if I eat something the rest of my day will be ruined by nausea and fatigue

Nope. That sounds like a problem, and GI problems are a bitch to diagnose properly, so better start going to a gastroenterologist.

I'm sorta like this. When I'm fasted, I have a lot of energy and feel great/motivated. Lifting while fasted feel great, running while fasted feels great, etc.
After I eat, no matter what it is, all the motivation/energy drops, and I'm just kinda meh the rest of the day.
OMAD is amazing for me, as I essentially only eat around dinner time, and am otherwise full of energy the whole day.

Veg....
I make a giant bowl of cabbage salad I keep in the fridge for veggies and eat a few hundred grams of that a day: 200 grams of green cabbage, red cabbage. 100 grams of sliced onion, bell pepper, celery, carrots.

Other go-to veg: broccoli, cauliflower, chili peppers

Starches: sweet potato, rice, oats

Fruit....
Banana, berries, raisins

Proteins....
Beef, pork, chicken, ground turkey, frozen fish, canned tuna, canned sardines, organ meat (liver, hearts)

Dairy.........
Milk, eggs, cheese

Fats........
peanuts, almonds, pecans, olive oil

Seasonings...........
Tabasco, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, onions sauce, dry spices

Beverages........
coffee, water, tea (with lime juice)

That's the basics. I love to cook, hate fast food, soft drinks, and energy drinks, so I'm lucky in a way.

Stopped reading here. If you eat meat, you should be killed for meat and eaten. It's evil.
