stop eating excess. Do as many pushups as you can right when you wake up everyday while cutting. Anywhere is a start. Literally eat raw eggs until you achieve 50grams protein atleast. Put it in a blender and drink with milk. No sugar... unless you need to... basically quick eggnog with some ground cloves :)

Work on pull ups next its aesthetic. Aim for 20 after you get thinner. Will take months prolly before you can do a few. Start with the kitchen tho. You won't get salmonella from raw eggs. Your body adapts after a month. Good for your immune system anyhow, right?
