HELP need extreme diet Advice
I'm basically meeting this girl from online and I'm 258 lbs. Please give me motivation or encouragement to lose at least 60 pounds.

Exactly. Yes. A banana and some milk (one cup) is low cal and soothing.

Eating harsh shit like steak will activate your stress and make you want to quit early.

Sit and pace alot. Constantly. Try to breathe deeply and stand a lot even if standing still.

Make sure you eat under 1000 cals every day. Ideally eat under 500.

Too much, dude. You need to be real about weight loss and shoot for about 1-2 pounds a week, as that will be sustainable for you. Anything more than that isn't going to be healthy, and will probably just make you put it right back on due to gorging.

Daily walk 1h minimum, don't overdo it.
20-30 proteine with each meal, aim for 80-100>.
Minimize starch but use carbs as fuel. (Morning only for example)
4-6 cups (300-450gr) vegetables and 2 pces fruit.
36h fast every fifth or sixth day.
Educate yourself in the meantime. (Excercises, food variety)

Starving fatties with a single banana and a cup of milk a day isn't "unfucking" their lives, it's fucking them up with some stupid, unsustainable, tabloid tier fad diet cancer.

"Unfucking their lives" would be teaching them about maintenance calories, creating a sustainable realistic calorie deficit with a good macro ratio, and having them do some sustainable activities to gradually lose weight over time.

If you have a cheat day just lift a ton and eat a ton of of protein so you dont inhale more than 3000cals in one meal. Best when dieting to lift before refeeding so with whatever temporary surplus is mostly muscle. Also being dehydrated/carb depleted will look like progress but it isnt. Get fats in during lower insulin so fat gain is minimal.

As long as he isn't overtraining and thus damaging his body and not refeeding with enough food to rebuild it, it's not a problem.

Extreme weight loss only sounds extreme because most people on extreme weight loss diets go running and try to lift heavy objects.

He needs to sit most of the time, eat ALMOST nothing and starve as long as possible. Refeed with controlled meals of no more than around 1000 calories. Ideally only eat once every 3-5 days.

While eating: eat slowly. Do NOT gorge on food which could thus cause stomach irritation and a desire to eat more later.

Just go low carb for awhile and all that weight falls off like nothing. Gorge on all the egg, fish, vegetables and whole nuts you want. Have some fruit and overnight (8+ hrs soaked) oats, with some water, honey and pink salt.

Workout often. If your fat ass can walk, walk, otherwise stand a bit more. Also don’t neglect strength training, even if it’s just a bit, do that bit everyday.

This is doable, eat 1lbs of lean raw beef and 1oz raw veal liver per day, 6 days per week, and you will achieve this weight loss goal.
I have done it myself, it works.
I lost 120lbs in 5 months doing this.
On the 7th day I'd just eat whatever I wanted.

somewhat doable but you cant be a huge pussy about it. I've done 70 pounds in 90 days by lowering carb intake and doing refeeds 1 time per week. drop carbs entirely, eat meat and eggs with some type of exercise (almost doesn't matter what you do, just walk for 40-60 mins a day and lift weights whenever you feel recovered) and you'll get there pretty easily. how tall are you?

Only thing that will get you remotely close it long term sustained fasting, seems to converge to about 3/4lbs of fat burn per day, but obviously a 60-70 day fast is wildly impractical lol. Maybe try cycling 3 day fasts and 4 days at maintenance plus workout extra hard.

Get ozempic or chinese knockoff peptide tirzepatide. Eat 1 meal per day, every other day. 2 liters of water with sugar free electrolytes per day. Walk or do relaxed cardio 2 hours per day, either slowly outside, on a treadmill or walking videos on youtude(Leslie Sansone, get fit with rick, grow with Jo, juice and toya). On the days you eat do a youtube beginner dumbell workout(juice and toya, Hasfit, grow with jo). Take magnesium at night and make sure you are sleeping at least 7 hours. You should lose 40 pounds easily.
This can also be done without the ozempic, just remind yourself you are only "dieting" for 36 hours and you can do anything for 36 hours. But the ozempic will.make it almost effortless. Don't try to run or do a crazy gym plan, the most important part is the one meal every other day and not passing out, so don't go too hard.

You can do it in 3-4 months. Fast a bunch and refeed with minimal food. You need to realize your body stored that fat to prep for this. Body satisfaction supposed to be burned. Humans weren't expected to have so much access to food. You'll fuck up at first but eventually you will get used to it. Also realize you're currently an insulin resistant pig which is fucking with your metabolism. Cut out all sugar or as much as you can. Replace it with stevia or monkfruit sweeteners that don't spike insulin. Don't listen to people telling you to lose it gradually at a 400 calorie deficit. Those are people who have maybe 10 lbs to lose or fat people who will never get skinny. Remember a mile walk at any pace is 100 calories burned. You can easily delete 300 calories with a slow walk if you fuck up
