A mistake I made that takes years to notice but can't be reversed.
Getting repeatedly in shape and out of shape eventually leads to not being able to get back in shape. If you look at all the most successful and good looking fit people such as Mike O'Hearn etc, they are never out of shape, for like 30+ years straight. Every time I get back in shape I notice I look worse than last time I was in shape.

Are you sure you are properly exercising anon? Proper intensity and recovery? It can be easy to gloss over those ime. If you are actually getting older (40+) though, then TRT would be an appropriate call to consider, too.
