back pain ruined my life
19yo,started lifting at 14
incredible progress, great genetics, next bodybuilding superstar
bulk for some 3y and get up to 180lbs super lean
great proportions, beautiful look and strong as the earth
get into powerlifting jan2024, at 18
460dl, 375s and 245b
win regional tournaments, doing full powerlifting with coach everything going great.
start doing weed coke and alcohol a little more than before, less food, worse sleep, spending time with degenerate whores
training grinds to a halt, no progress
August2024 I'm doing squats and I start feeling some back pain down in the hole
Think weird, maybe didn't stretch enough(I barely ever warmed up)
Next training stretch more,doesnt help
Go home, lower back is killing me
Take 2weeks off the gym
Come back gym feeling better, go back home feeling like i got hit by a truck
Take 3m off the gym in fear (terrible mistake)
Keep drinking and doing drugs, fall into depression practically
Lose all strength, lose 18lbs pure muscle
Parents think I'm doing drugs (lol)
Break up with whore who was cheating on me, around december go back to the gym
-Whole time overdosing on painkillers. Triple the recommended dose a day just to be able to function normally
Start doing light workouts, researching my injury, figuring things out
by march things start looking better, finishing high school, still skinny and looking like a junkie but less pain and more confidence
Get into a relationship with a great girl, going 10 months soon
Now I'm working out regularily. Go to the doctor, he says L4 and L5 discs one herniated, the other close to herniation. I'm still drinking meds and feel very intense pain in certain moments(missed workout, no meds, bad position). Got quite a bit of muscle and strength back as well. But I'm losing hope that the pain will ever go away fully. My question: Does anyone have experience with PEDs, peptides or any substances that can heal (not lower pain) my discs and the surrounding area? This injury unironically destroyed my life
