Why do you work out? What motivates you? I honestly don't know why I lift and run at this point past it being routine. It's a decent form of stress relief and it does make you feel like you've accomplished something for the day. Sadly, as a severely autistic retard, I get no social benefits from it. Sometimes I wonder why I don't just use the time to play video games and rest. Share your wisdom with me and I'll rate your bodies in a completely heterosexual way,

Left is me on May 1st the day I started training. Middle and right are me today, relaxed, and flexing no pump. What do you think my BMI is? Plugging height and weight into one of those online calculators says 24%, but idk how accurate that is. My eventual goal is 10-12% six pack range.

The reason I workout is because I like being buff. It feels good to have a nice physique.
I also enjoy the endorphin high after a good workout.
It makes me feel calm and confident.
