I have been doing daily stretching for the past few months and recently started stretching multiple times per day, not just in the morning, I feel like it has helped reduce pain and soreness I would get in my muscles from my job.

Yes, daily stretching is nothing but beneficial. It promotes recovery, reduces muscle soreness, and increases flexibility. Even a 10min stretching routine in the morning and before bed can do wonders. I personally like using foam rollers and lacrosse balls as well, really gets into those hard to reach spots. I really should get a theragun as well.

I downloaded healthy back, height increase, Pilates, and yoga apps and have been doing one every day for the past two years.
I haven't had any skeletal pain since and I can bend over and almost put my palms flat on the floor.

There's a few you should do for your pelvic floor and ankles but that's about it. It fuck routinely the pelvic stuff tends to sort itself out so that just leaves the ankles.
