about a month ago I arm wrestled while drunk. beat most people, had one hard match and something in my elbow popped mid fight (I continued and won). I heard/felt it, thought it was just a tendon crackling.
anyway the day after my elbow was sore, since then it has improved a bit but I still feel tightness and pain when I fully extend my elbow.
It has not interfered with lifting at all, the pain is mild and goes away with warming up.
I'm guessing I either sprained bone or some ligaments? I did a 3RM bench a couple of days after the injury so if it was something I couldn't ignore I should have catastrophically snapped my shit up by now. bench and everything pressing is up since then.
