Are you fat? Losing weight can make a huge difference. I thought my erections were fine and then I lost 40 pounds and realized there is another level of hardness possible.

All that stuff is pretty much Diet/ exercise. You'll basically get every benefit in the book from just Lifting heavy and moderate dieting. The lower your bodyfat, the higher your test is until you get to bodybuilding levels of bodyfat. You can zinc it up while supping copper and with a good multi to maximize it. Also, eating a london broil every day would be a good tactic as well. Low test is a product of nurture and the nature range is actually very low and this is a result of human beings as a whole, not utilizing their bodies the way they were meant to. I've lifted for 12 years and supplement using all the stuff and my test levels are at 1.2k nmols naturally. Ofcourse I supplement with dutasteride which adds an extra 10 percent in test levels,. However, that said, I'm still well above the natural range of 300nmols - 750. I also do alot of boxing and I just act super macho about everhthing I do without being retarded about it. I also have a strong faith in Jesus Christ and abstain from being a Piece of shit. Try that out man, and good luck.

Stretch and relax the hips, hip flexors and pelvic floor/pereneum.
Happy baby pose, cobra pose for abs, hip flexor stretch, goddess pose. I had weak, unsustainable erections especially when sitting or lying down despite having solid cardio and being healthy bodyweight. Started stretching those out and noticed an immediate improvement.
Another thing you need to focus on is stopping kegelling when trying to get/stay hard. You might find you've conditioned yourself to kegel continuously when erect to force a sort of mechanical erection.
Try and focus on keeping the kegel muscle relaxed when aroused. At first it will feel like you can't get hard but the dick will do it's thing and along with the stretches you will get harder than you have in a long time.
Now I don't have to consciously kegel and try and maintain and erection. Arousal and a relaxed pelvic floor just give me effortless rock hard boners.
Focus on maintaing that relaxation of the kegel muscle during sex/masturbation also. You'll find the sensations much more pleasurable and intense without kegelling and orgasms much more potent.
Really kegelling is a big problem. A solution to a problem most guys don't actually have and used wrongly can cause erectile issues in otherwise totally healthy men.

Anon I remember your comment in a thread a couple weeks or so ago. I did the stretches a few times but lately have neglected it. There was one night though soon after starting this I woke up from a sex dream and had my most-throbbing erection literally in over a decade, so that's definitely something. I remember you said once you feel the stretch in your perineum during happy baby, you're doing it right.
