I'm 33 and went to community college whole working. I can't think of a time in my life where something major wasn't sucking hard. I've never had "it all" at once (the boomer trifecta: career, family, home ownership). Something was always debilitatingly jacked up, usually not all at once, though now it is all at once). The past 25 years have felt like 4 years.

2005 was like, 5 years long

If you're lifting just for women (which is what he openly did, let's be honest here) needing any bigger than this is mental illness.

Roids, recreational drugs, heart condition, fat burning PEDs, plus sauna equals bad. He may have taken diuretics as well, judging by how ripped he constantly was. The sauna probably dehydrated him which thickened his blood and triggered the heart attack.

The most dangerous time for a bodybuilder is immediately pre contest because they are dehydrated as fuck. The blood gets thicker, and if you’re using steroids your blood may already be thicker than normal. So that’s probably what happened to him. If he was using stims in that dehydrated state, game over.
