Tea and weed. Calming and energy. I'm a recovering alcoholic though so it's better than getting hammered.

I use home-grown 1:1 strains and sip tea and stretch out and meditate a bit. Plan the day out. I'm on a nice oolong tea kick recently. The flavor really comes out on the 2nd and 3rd steeps.

A goyslop protein shake. I finish my leg days with a cup of milk, a few scoops of ice cream, 2 scoops of whey... Mhmmmm.

Big platter of cured meats, anchovies, olives, camembert, some hard cheeses, garlic bread, a few beers then I’ll go to bed. I do this once a month, on the last Friday. It’s always a day off for me and the only day of the month that I have a drink. Phone goes off, tv stays off, I just sit and eat and drink and when I’m done I’ll have a 14 hour sleep into Saturday morning

Jealous, I drink like 2-3 times a week and cant smoke weed because it makes me feel retarded and anxious. New weed is like crack compared to the shit i'd smoke in 2010 I cant hang.
