boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, BJJ
should be easy to find a good gym there

honorable mentions:

okinawan karate (if you find a good gym, 90% are terrible)
MMA gym (also a gamble, it can mean anything from a really good gym to bullshit)
sambo (haha, lol, no)

i wouldnt bother with mma cause if u go 1 vs 2 its useless.. learn to strike with box or thai box and u can drop untrained ppl life flies... u can add few jiu jitsu lessons later down the line

Can you learn to box without having to spar, or is it essentially just cardio at that point? I cant afford to get hit in the head anymore.

just punch him

no, I put up the upper line because they all have tons of sparring
okinawan karate only honorable mention because I like the stuff you learn, but a ton of horrible teachers out there won't do sparring
MMA I had the opposite, in my region there is only a retard gym where they spar hard all the time but don't get any basic training, it's basically fight club for idiots

that being said, find a gym that does lots of light sparring. you should feel being hit but not have pain
also BJJ, no hitting at all, but muscles give you a nice advantage

Muai thai is for victim weight flying dyels. Theres no way a big muscular guy as OP describes cannot run, jump and knee someones head, and thats basically the only worth thing of muai thai. I was looking to get into that but with my bw and flexibility its just impossible. Im aiming for boxing, i always had great punching power but i was shit at agility and flexibility no matter how much i tried to improve those things
