Henlo, everynyan. Recently I have started practicing Judo alongside lifting but this usually leaves either too sore for Judo because of lifting or too sore for lifting because of Judo. Does anyone know a training program that would allow me to do both effectively? I practice Tuesdays and Thursdays. Thank you very much.

the soreness goes away quick, just keep doing what you're doing and eat more

Probably standard push/pull/legs stuff, just look up any PPL routine you like and run that and alternate training for strength/hypertrophy each week. Also you gotta hit arms extra hard at the end cause it's hard to fit one more day in but it's prob getting a good pump off Judo

Reduce volume in the gym
Your body can only sustain so much muscular fatigue before you're injured or sick and the "eat more" advice only works for noobs who aren't already eating more, it's not infinitely scalable
I also have an active lifestyle and couldn't balance gym + other shit until I started doing mostly heavy singles, less muscular fatigue and more nervous system fatigue
I'm rarely sore but lifts are still going up and I have the energy I want outside the gym
