I was on my first ever date recently the girl asked me the same so I picked her up and threw away so she felt on the ground, later when we were talking about it she told me that it got her wet when I did that so I recommend learning it. Im not even that strong (I bench 130kg and deadlift 170-180kg) and the girl was like 50kg so if your gf is not fat lifting her up and playing around like that shouldnt be a problem for you

My entire workout is all barbell except leg press:
A Day:
> Squat (3x10/8/6)
> Bench (3x10/8/6)
> Barbell Curl (3x10)
> Leg Press (3x10)

B Day:
> Deadlift (3x4/2/1)
> OHP (3x10/8/6)
> Barbell Shrugs (3x10)
> Barbell Rows (3x10)

I never have less than 185 lbs on the Barbell, my wife weighs 130 lbs. She loves that I can throw her around and OHP her. Literally since moving into a house with a large ceiling in the dining room she asks me to do it at least once per day. Makes her giggle. Once her parents were over and she asked me in a whisper to do it quietly so she definitely gets something out of it. I'm 6'4" 220 lbs so it's easier for me too but I recommend this workout.
