It's really just fat people's fault
> Be me eat whatever and don't think about it
> Expend a shit ton of energy working heavy labor jobs so it doesn't matter much.
> Grow older, have kids, get shitty office job.
> Become fat.
> Become obese.
> Step on scale one day just to see how bad it is
> 360lbs
> lolwtf.jpg
> feels bad, stress eat some more.
> doom scrolling and see post about how even fat asses can start working out with pathetic low impact but high rep workouts.
> ynot.wmv
> Start doing it every day.
> Start noticing body changes, check scale
> -60lbs
> Get fucking hyped and start working out more, can do actual normal people workouts now.
> Start getting into fitness youtube content
> Finally start doing the math and realize I need to eat an absolute metric fuck ton of food to even sustain my weight.
> Count calories and start to realize it was entirely just me picking the dumbest foods possible that made me fat.
> Find it hard to even eat the recommended weight loss amount of calories eating whole foods.

As a fellow former fatty, it’s in poor taste to mock current fats OP. Some haven’t learned the way yet.

We must be better. We must break the cycle

How accurate are those calorie calculations? It says I need 3,500 calories to maintain weight and 2500 calories to lose 2 lbs every week

the more calories the greater the margin of error
better to stick with an amount of calories anyone can lose weight on, like 1200 or 1400 keto

The funny thing about these posts is it exposes basically everyone on this board to having a 90IQ

These people cannot imagine anything outside of their own brains. Their own lived experience is the only reality they can ever imagine. Its like theres no ability to imagine abstract concepts

OP is shocked he got fat and cant believe it. He got caught up in the malaise of life, probably got a bit depressed, got addicted to junk food, and before he knew it he was fat. Oh damn he exclaims, so he luckily hops off the depression train and has a good set of circumstances to lose the weight again. Oh, OP proclaims, it is in fact easy to be thin because I got thin. There is no other reality that makes it hard to lose weight or be horribly depressed or more addicted to junk food than I. because I lost the weight, it is therefore impossible for anyone else to struggle

In OP's reality he must be a billionaire since its poor peoples fault for being so lazy.

For the record I've never been obese in my life before the 90IQ people start to argue (since they cant imagine reality through other peoples perspectives they assume I must be fat to advocate for fat people suffering)

You can "bulk" for a few hours and lift heavier, or just eat a lot fir a few days and lift and youll end up with a better physique at a higher weight at the end of your cut. Bmr being high is necessary to keep your endocrine system(hormones) regulated.

Saggy skin is lack of estrogen from lack of testosterone.

Understanding is important to enact change, 90IQ boy.

As a 90IQ simpleton you think its fine to go around calling fat people fatty lazy losers because you haver no ability to understand how them being fed junk food as kids ruined their hormones and brain development for life. Lets dumb it down a bit for you boy. You know when a heroin addict slams heroin for a year and then they quit but theyre still addicts for life, recovery for life? Well its the same for fat people

Their parents damned them to a life of misery, their habits as teens damned them to a life of suffering. Some can hop off the ride just like some addicts can be in recovery, but for a lot of people staying slim is a battle they lose and cry themselves to sleep over. Nobody wants to be fat

Anyway if people had more understanding more of the outrage would rightfully be directed towards the megacorporations selling slop by the ton for extremely cheap because fuck the health of societies, as long as theyre addicted to saturate fats and sugars and keep giving us their money who gives a damn if theyre fucked up, and they feed their kids this slop and theyre fucked up for life, and it continues forever

you are the reason nobody cares, because youre too dumb to see the problem

You don't "just" become obese. You knew this was coming. I was aware of my weight in my teens. You're probably an amerilard so I feel bad for you that you don't have good and cheap access to healthy food, but that's still not a justification.

This post is just one extended cope. Just admit that you're too lazy to eat right and work out. In fact, you can avoid being obese simply by buying and eating the right foods, without ever stepping foot in the gym.

I was fed junk food throughout my entire childhood and still took control of my health in my 20s. You are still just making excuses for shitty life choices.
>Anyway if people had more understanding more of the outrage would rightfully be directed towards the megacorporations selling slop by the ton for extremely cheap because fuck the health of societies
You should absolutely want to fundamentally change the food system, but until that happens, you are personally responsible for your own health. Are you that weak-willed that you simply go to McDonald's every time you see one of their commercials? If so, that's a you problem. No one is coming to save you.
