Its all about technique, youll only get so far without it unless you use a shitload of steroids and do easy isolation exercises, thats why all mr olympias have similar physiques besides arnold who did all the important shit at his home gym.

Try prison reps when not doing 1-4 reps, faux neutral grip on the barbell, and low rep dropsets(2-4 sets normal then a few more with 1-2min rest). And actually be carbed up while in recovery most importantly. If you dont feel a pump you might beef your tendons and get better at humping the weight(i still do this though). Try a simplified powerlifting block. Try a ton of different variants of shit.

You will only look like you lift somewhat at year 3 and at year 5 you basically made all of your gains, you still gain muscle mass in the next 5 years, but compared to your first 5 it's maybe 3 kg extra you will gain, meaning actual real muscle tissue and not just water and fat.
You can get stronger tho, but there is no visible difference between a natty who benches 130 kg and a natty who benches 160 kg (source: I did both with a couple of years apart and my body composition didn't change at all, if anything I did look better when my max was 130 kg, because I was leaner).

True, but this should not matter to you. Unless you yourself are a competing natural bodybuilder and you have frauds in your division, you have no valid reason to care.

This is silly. I'm natty and I don't give a shit about roids. They should just be legal; as long as you're not using them in sports, there's no valid reason anyone has to care what gear you're on. Hell, it SHOULD be mandatory for active duty military and special police units.

Again, except in sports, all is fair in love and war. If a guy does test or tren and looks better than you, work harder or start blasting. There is no "fair" in sexual competition.
