I'm tired of wasting so much time preparing and eating food that I don't even like. So I'm thinking of just using protein shakes and probably a good multivitamin. But is it healthy? I've heard that whey protein powder is very inflammatory, contains a lot of maltodextrin which is worse than regular sugar. If you guys have experience with this kind of diet, I'd like to hear your opinions.

The food that I like tends to be unhealthy and so I had to cut it out of my diet. If I didn't care about health, I'd just eat ice cream every day.

You type like someone who hates food and only eats something if it was produced exclusively in an unsanitary chemical plant and packaged by disgusting unwashed pajeet hands (after they were done stepping on it).
