Thanks dude, yeah I'm psyched. Even my first day is interesting:
4:22pm take first dose
4:36pm make post >>76720605 (OP)
5:12pm fall asleep hardcore nap
7:36pm wake up, going to grocer before it closes to get some protein heavy foods, and veggies.

I was only slightly hungry since I hadn't eaten literally anything all day, had a small yogurt (though my nutritionist said to avoid them, it's all I had at home). Now I'll get some eggs to finish out the day.

Before I took the dose, I was literally "hangry" and annoyed at everything and stressed. A lot of that is that I've been clearing obstacles all day to get ready to take the dose. But yeah immediately I was ready to catch up on sleep, only a little hungry before the yogurt. Haven't had anything besides that all day and it's 8:10pm.

If you think 2.5mg is working and want to stay on 2,5, when you have the option to buy a 5mg pen do that and just take half a dose. You will save a lot of money.

Yes this is why I went on tirzepatide. I have lost weight in the past, but I always needed long periods of routine and stability in order to hold the calories down effectively. Now that I have kids, trying to do so has been a fool's errand and I'm happy that there's finally a drug to help with that because "periods of routine and stability" aren't coming to my life in the next 25 or so years.

I was overweight but not fat, mostly just in my gut, 5'10" 205. Now 160 with a 6 pack. I switched to reta maybe 6 months in. Ozempic was really hard to eat on. I still have to force myself to eat, but reta is no where near as bad. Also, ignore the dosage schedule, it's insane. Stop at whatever dose makes works, that's where the side effects come from. I stayed on .25 forever, maybe 3 months. I don't think I ever went above .5mg. When I switched to reta I've stayed on the starting dose of 2.5mg.

Us as parents, as well as her grandparents, have been too lenient in letting her eat crap when she wants to.
Being overweight has run in my family but I think that's more just bad habits being passed down.
I'm well aware that being fat is a non-white trait. I'm a euro-mutt-american myself, half south italian ancestry and half central europe ancestry, but hispanics often mistake me for hispanic and it's obviously because of the weight. Now that I live in Italy (my wife is pure north italian) it's a huge motivator for me to lose weight because I would totally blend in as a native if I weren't fat. Here 95% of fat people are foreigners.

Ultimately what loses the weight is diet and exercise, even on the drugs. The drugs just help the internal feelings about it. My first day on it I ate 1200 calories, then yesterday I ate 2200 calories, but I woke up an hour ago and I still feel stuffed from yesterday, I can't even look at food, it's awesome!

I actually went in to my endocrinologist asking about semaglutides, but she immediately said I should use tirzepatides instead. I'm in Italy so what's approved and recommended for use probably had an influence on her recommendation, although also the literature on weight loss does say tirz is more effective than semaglutides. Semaglutides are only GLP-1 agonists, but tirzepatides are GLP-1 + GIP agonists, so they're more effective. It's funny I only learned that there are more drugs like these out there yesterday, for example just heard of a thing called "reta" no idea if it's good or if it's even approved in the EU for weight loss yet, we tend to be a year or two behind the US on these things.

not for getting shredded. Test+GLP+GH is the holy trinity but you need to not be too fat before taking exogenous testosterone because of what it will do to your blood pressure imo.

You can add something like anavar at the end but imo the cosmetic effects of it are not worth it. You will look more vascular and peeled or whatever but you arent a bodybuilder and girls think excessive vascularity is disgusting.

I found a seller in the US for tirz but I have ordered other things and got it through customs without issues. they normally relabel it and hide it in toys or some other inexpensive item.
