Flat bars nice for size but only builds the inside and your bicep will only look big flexed. Ill use the barbell and the squat rack instead of the preachers and the incline bench(i can rest my foot not just the knee to lean in furthe for peak vs long bicep) that way if someone wants to use the preacher station they can. Hey me exercising is just as important as you ot doesnt matter if im doing arms and youre doing legs its philosophically you the one being the asshole here.
