i put 45lb bumpers on each side of an ez bar and girls can't stop looking.

Mmc is crucial you can do some weird lateral raise esque twisting dumbbell curls to get the outside fibers that barbell neglects, holding it unevenly too.

I never put on size to the delt connecting to bicep part without kind of raising it with delts(like how forearms are activaed using biceps idk either) or any decent size without preachers(careful bottom rom, beefing the elbow tendons is good but if you swing your body thats the most common way to tear biceps).

Flat bars nice for size but only builds the inside and your bicep will only look big flexed. Ill use the barbell and the squat rack instead of the preachers and the incline bench(i can rest my foot not just the knee to lean in furthe for peak vs long bicep) that way if someone wants to use the preacher station they can. Hey me exercising is just as important as you ot doesnt matter if im doing arms and youre doing legs its philosophically you the one being the asshole here.

Ill even put 3pl8s on the squat rack so it doesnt budge, the preacher station is too high get a new one yeah youre welcome.

I have every right to be here right before the view, you cant just pretend to wanna work in when im using the girl weights btw im on to you.
