if you take 2 people but one of them has visible tattoos, especially on specific areas like the hands, neck, face, the average person will rate the tattooed one as less trustworthy, more impulsive, dangerous, unintelligent etc.
you seething at becky's shitty butterfly doodle or sóyjak who hasn't "earned" his zelda tattoo doesn't change that, if OP wants to look scary he should have his frame take up as much space as possible and have tattoos all over, you wouldn't disagree either when i say he shouldn't be wearing a suit to look more dangerous.

NTA, but I went to Texas and California and the bald cholo gangster spics with tattoos were surprisingly polite and never bothered me in public. I look like and am built like a white Mike Tyson.
Then I went to Georgia and Tennesee and the little brown spics have weirdly rude fake tough body language. I hope these spics get deported by ICE.

It's hard to explain but it's part of the subculture. A gang member doesn't care about 'normal' people, what they do has nothing to do with him, it costs nothing to be polite + causing trouble with normal people only brings down the hammer on the whole group. It's only if you're also a member of the subculture that he will have anything to do with you.

This also works for homeless people, or any member of a very low-ranking social class. A homeless person will never fuck with you if they're not insanely out of their mind on drugs. It's not worth the trouble.

Yeeeessss I work with these fuckers and it's quite literally like one big inbred family and they all know each other. They'll do all kinds of shit to each other but they don't want outside attention, especially since most of them quite literally sleep on the sidewalk and it wouldn't be hard to find one you're looking for.
