Can you actually build a human like physique with calisthenics?
Right now I'm stuck at 22 pull ups/35lbs 8 pullups and 30 dips/35 lbs 15 dips. I still look like a skinny fat freak with gyno. I have been gymcelling for over a year and it seems that I've stopped progressing. Should I just cave in and buy a gym membership or keep coping with calisthenics but with a heavier vest (70 lbs)?
