I got a skintag in my asshole, and it gets irritated when I do cardio. Now I could go get some dude to snip it out, or hell, I could do it with some nail clippers, but I think I'd rather just keep skipping cardio.

Cardio does buttfuck your gains though. I have been doing quite well doing 0 cardio and i dont see a reason to change.

Wear a HR monitor while you lift.
I go over 90% during squats and deadlifts, 80% with any other exercise if I get close to failure. Lifting is HIIT as far as your heart is concerned.

Your heart needs a focused workout just like any other muscle group. Youโ€™re basically saying you donโ€™t need to work abs; deadlifts take care of that.

Come on man, we both know that's not what I mean. You kinda remind me of those retards who also thought abs really were made in the kitchen and they didn't have to be trained directly, despite it being the same as every other muscle. My bet is you have shit endurance. Hop on the stair master for 30 min at 90+ steps per min. If you can handle that without touching the handles, then you're in good shape.
