1 meal to eat for the rest of your lifr
Let’s say, hypothetically, the economy was doing very poorly, okay? And that you wanted to save as much money as possible by only eating and making one meal over and over again. For the sake of argument, what type of meal would you make? Let’s say you wanted it to be healthy, filling, and tasty; and that it would supply your body with just about all the nutritional value it needs. You’re just a normie that isn’t interested in sigma bulking or wearing thigh high socks. Let’s say, you’re a 30 year old single man that is struggling financially and just wants to survive.

Let’s say that I made two large russet potatoes in the oven, mashed them with olive oil, butter, sour cream, garlic purée, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Then you combined in three eggs while heating it up in a pot. Would this meal be suitable to eat 3 times every day? What else would it need to meet daily nutritional values

can of diced chipotles poured over a bag of chicken thighs, grilled. Rice, refried or black beans. Home made chipotle burritos for pretty cheap. Change out the marinade to keep it interesting.

I buy chickens and eat eggs every day
~2 eggs for every chicken daily
I need around 18 chickens for 36 eggs per day
I can sell the meat when I slaughter the older ones and buy new chickens with the proceeds

Thus I need 18 chickens for 36 eggs, eaten every day

That is what I ate, if you’d be so kind as to read my first reply. I think maybe some spinach added in would help as well. Dunno what else I’d need

Homemade pizza
>flour is cheap as fuck
>make your own sauce with tomatoes olive oil and garlic
>blocks of monterey jack cheese from Costco are cheap and decent for a 'za
>top with mushrooms, bell peppers, and some ground beef
Easy and not too unhealthy. Make the crust as thin or thick as you like.

The local butcher makes really great beef patties, when I don't want to bother cooking complicated meals I just have two of those.
