Yes, don't fall for the meme shit - isolate them. Wrist roller, wrist curls. Gripping things puts them under tension... so do that too. DLs, farmers walks etc... do them all. It is largely genetic, like everything else. You have a baseline. If your forearms are big to begin with, they will be massive. If small to begin with, you can at least make them not look pathetic like op pic.

They will look small anyway but at least people might get distracted by your big forearms instead of focusing on your baby wrists.
My pinkie and my thumb touch each other if I put them around my wrist so I speak from experience.
Farmer walks seem to be doing it for me. I frequently neglected my forearms but the last month and a half I've been doing three loops of farmer walks twice a week at the end of my workouts. My forearms have gotten larger by an inch each. I started with 45s, now I'm at 55s

Just get fucking big and strong, and then come back bruh
You're really gonna be 150lbs and unable to even bench 2 plates, and complain about muh structure?
Skinnyfags just need to eat big and get strong and their problems will disappear. Pic related, he's roiding but point still stands. You have more control over this than you think

I'm not sure about that. I measured my wrists when I started at 20 years old, 6 inches on the dot. 25 now, a lot bigger and stronger, and they're measuring at 6.8". Just by adding mass and getting bigger in general you can thicken them up. And I weigh 175lbs before some fag calls me a 300lbs bloatmaxxer

Your wrists can get bigger over time. But its almost all from tendons/ligaments getting thicker, since there is a negligible amount of muscle mass in the wrist. And tendons/ligaments take fucking forever to grow.
Besides genetics, people with thick af wrists have been active their whole lives. People starting with thin wrists in adulthood won't see appreciable changes relative to muscle growth.
