I've made too much arm gains, they really are very big comapred to the rest of my body, i had a dedicated arm day, i strict curl 65 lbs for almost 10 reps at this point at 170 lbs 5'9.... i max out the tricep machine with one arm.. Now my arms go numb when I side sleep. If I maneuver so myself so my arms dont hurt then my neck starts hurting. I cant fall asleep on my back, even when I take a xanax with melatonin and magnesium and l-theamin and 5-htp and thc with those cannabinoids that make u sleep all combined at the same time and still cant fall asleep on my back. Its crazy, my mind just won't fall asleep on my back even thougg its the only postion that doesnt hurt.. I haven't slept at all last night, had to take a sick day off work..

Anyone try this mattress? Im about to pull the trigger cuz if I dont figure out how to sleep pain free im going to lose my job and be homeless(move back in with my parents but still....). Its destroying my life and I looked like I aged 5 years in the past month of two since this started.

I actually have a similar problem but (for me) it's really just a nerve problem. When you already have a compressed ulnar nerve, e.g. from leaning on something like your desk or armchair every day, just the weight of your arm or whatever pressure you put on your elbow in a sleeping position can cause your arms to go numb.

Fml, I just found out im going bald but look at that alignment. People used to sleep on straws. Side sleeping on a flat surface makes no sence

Just front sleep with 2 pillows like a chiropractor chair and get a softer mattress. You probably also need to stretch and massage your delts out and like reset the tendons through deadhangs, shrug dips, pushing and pulling on shit.

Maybe you shouldnt do steroids since it fucks with the biomechanics of your body because some shit outgrows other shit.

You also probably wanna get your rear delts deep traps and rhomboids on point if not. Bicep tendon is to chest what tricep is to rear delt and your shoulders are probably all off center and muscle strength is not necessarily tendons strength and the tendons are what pull on the joint not muscles unless theyre in use even then its different.

>cervical dysfunction
Bro what are you talking about.
Cervical dysfunction influences all the major nerves to the arm and the brachial complex (accessory nerve roots that also connect to the main nerve roots).
At any point in the nerve line, nerve pain can mimic any other point.

Example.
>my pinky hurts it must be my wrist or ulnar nerve
or
>my pinky hurts and it's actually caused by dysfunction of one of the root nerves mimicking pinky pain
You even admit you have cervical dysfunction, so automatically you cannot rule out you don't have a branch or root nerve issue.
In fact that needs to be treated as the highest priority before any other.

Things you should research
>t4 syndrome
>cervical into back kyphosis
>lower back into hip posture
>brachial plexus syndrome
>winged scapula
>chest stretch

Once you begin to have neck issues, all parts of the shoulder begin to be influenced as you compensate for these neck problems.
That's how nature works.

For reference, I was suboptimally stretching my chest for years because of a slight winged scapula brought on by kyphosis back/neck problems.
I had to set my arm in a very specific way before stretching chest and like magic. My chest stretch was no longer sub optimal.
Once I began to understand this my rehabilitation skyrocketed, because if I can stretch my chest correctly. That means I can also strengthen my scapula correctly because mechanically I am in a healthier position.

This synergistically brought better health to also posture problems and the cycle starts over as now my winged scapula was fixed, but my high shoulder existed (but a better position than before).
Rehab is a constant cycle of fix one thing, another problem exists, fix that, another problem. Until basically the problems are so minute you can effectively maintain.

So no, you were wrong and your neck health is actually the first thing to work out.
As your neck health increases, you incorporate the shoulders, as the shoulders, now arms. etc.

I didnt even check the post desu but if you arent massive as fuck and these issues are arising its likely youre unknowingly strengthening the shit out of tendons without muscle gains.

For example, benching most people develop tendons over mass and have hunched shoulders whereas they dont seal row or isolate the movement on rear delts so they develop an imbalance. It stems from the joint socket and bone being misaligned if not a calcium buildup from overwork and technique that loads the tendons entirely.

If its cervical then why can I do an intese 2 hour gym session and my arms are fine. I do have neck pain but its from my stupid phone addiction, my phone screen broke and I had to wait 3 days to fix it and it got like 70 percent better. If my neck was causing my arms to go numb then they would go numb in other situations and not just sleeping. But ye i will look into that shit of course but im convinced its not why my arms go numb. My neck problems were worse last summer and my arms weren't going numb. Our pain is most likely caused by our stupid phone addictions. 99 percent of people are addicted to their phone so dont pretend like u arent.. if we put down the phone then our posture will natrually improve i believe. But first I need to catch up on sleep..

Because cervical dysfunction gets worst as the day goes on.
This is stuff you can easily research, why are you so adamant about "it can't be this."

When you move your body, increased blood flow to the major veins/arteries and mobility to the nerves happens. You are quite literally moving your joints ya dunce.
No shit your nerve dysfunction isn't going to be acting up.

Cervical dysfunction almost exclusively gets worst as the day goes on and you're sitting down or more importantly LAYING DOWN.
Because posture issues exist because what you do every day.
You can't out lift posture issues dude, you have to change your fucking life.
You have to stretch constantly (9 months for complete tendon modulation according to all sources) and once you get done stretching you have to sit in better positions, you have to lay in better positions. You have to lose weight as excessive BMI has a direct correlation not only to compression, but lack of fluidity within the nerve tissue (too much fat or muscle is bad for nerves).
You have to drink way more water to help with the osmosis of the spinal cushion cells. They only get nutrients through osmosis and only osmosis as next to none of them have a direct blood supply.

If you're going to sit here and complain, go fuck yourself and enjoy your soon to be crippling arm and shoulder pain.
Or you can stop being a little bitch and do a little research and understand that the upper spine and neck is the source of all arm root nerves.
And if you clinically have proven dysfunction of the neck, rehabilitation of the entire neck and spine is mandatory to ensure no dysfunction exist.
Why is this a debate for you?
>hurr my spine messed, it must be arm
did it never occur to you that bad neck posture means that your scapula and your collarbone cannot be in good alignment?
And that all of the major nerves of the arm run either above/below the collarbone or along the scapula?
No shit your neck is the biggest priority here.

Pullups hurt more with weak rear delt/lats tendons and bench hurts more with weak front/mid delts tendons ive found. Try some reverse strict military press or some y rows(high facepull 2 ropes and uni rotated).

You gotta keep every fiber 360 degrees of the labrum strong enough.

>reverse mp
Narrow grip and push shoulder joints out forward. That brought my ohp way up, ive been having to beef delts from mainly benching, delt bench is also huge for front delt development and i even am way stronger pushing than rear delts and can do lifts without adding as much wear since getting my strict variants up it basically out 1:1 lbs on my bench.

Anonymous No.76725490 [Report]
>>76725478
Yeah same here, youre activating mid delts when going hard. Do the reverse narrow mp, front raises(mid delts mainly), delt bench, and do some retard reps just work the weight up dont start at normal high working weight. Also wide guillotine will fill you out from delt to chest and remove it as a sticking point.

Also faux neutral grip a lot relieves thr impingement factor for deep rom.
Anonymous No.76725501 [Report]
>>76725299
High part of rom upright rows, reverse front raises, its typically a huge weak point. Btb and push through full rom on flat bench shoulders youll notice serratus/core is the weak point and youll build a big upper core doing that after nailing delts.
