I'm a shut in and still have no wrinkles or aging anything in my face except some fat loss on the usual spots, and even that is minimal, at 38.

I dont know but on the other side of the coin I am 31 years old but often get mistaken for someone who is around 18-20.

When I tell people I am 30 they say are you really a few times then seem a bit weirded out, especially if im talking to people that are around 19-20 on nights out, like they thought I was 'one of them' and them upon realising im 10+ years older than them they are like WTF.

Anyway I am a former alcoholic and drug addict that had a terrible diet. So I think its largely genetics. The only thing I got going for me is I barely ever went outside as a drug addict so next to no sun damage
