So if you space out the meals, skip breakfast or drink shakes, you're having a burger and fries for lunch and a large slice of pizza for dinner. Nothing else for the day. Defeating hunger is great, but I'd rather save my calories for less calorie dense food to fill my stomach and not have to experience as much hunger.
