Guilty pleasure that I do every couple of months. 3 double cheeseburgers from McDonalds, no fries or anything, though they are good I guess. Whataburger has great hamburgers too if youre lucky enough to be near one. I need to do DQ again, I remember them being really good.

Nope. He's a typical Indian pseud who is capable of detecting bullshit but is too dumb to correct it.
Burgers are fucking fine as far as protein goes but it's common fucking knowledge that not all protein is the same thing and that this ESPECIALLY applies to processed foods. In other words, eating burgers for protein is fucking fine but eating McDonald's for protein isn't.

McDonald's Triple Cheeseburger 30 g
Burger King's Whopper 28 g

McDs protein levels aren’t the problem. The added sugar, caffeine, and other chemicals is.

His analogy is as retarded as his poo-filled brain
The only real problem with that burger is how cost inefficient that chicken is, you should be able to double or triple that protein amount by just buying and cooking yourself chicken breasts
(And of course the am*rican fake cheese and other ultra processed stuff used in fast slop, but that's a different matter)

No. A burger is fine. Though I would never go to McDonalds to get one. Anything you make at home will be better and cheaper these days. Home-made burgers are a especially good. This "burgers are bad 4 u" retardation is just seeing the guy who guzzled down 5000 calories of icecream and cake eating a burger and concluding "burger is bad." A burger is just a sandwich with ground beef. If it's not overcooked and you use good quality ground beef, vegetables, and cheese it is good for you. And then there's still the vegan/vegetarian myth (most jeets are vegetarian hence the skinny fat or just plain fat physiques) that meat is bad for you when the fact of the matter is that being a sloth and glutton are what are actually bad for you. With regular movement (not necessarily exercises) and moderation with a well balanced diet prevents these problems.
>>76737993
It's a marketing thing. It's actually more like 25g of protein according to the McD website.
The protein+ thing isn't even a real burger. No ground beef. It's some kind of söy protein slop mush that's been breaded and fried with a slice of a söy protein product, that thing in the bottom of the picture between the patty and bottom bun. Looks like there's a slice of milk protein product which is commonly mislabeled as "cheese." Literal slop for pigs. But the average vegetarian goes by the mantra these days, "I am a pig and I eat slop."

A sandwich with 4 oz of beef or chicken and an oz of cheese already has 26g or more of protein.

Partially right. Alcohol doesn't help with hydration.

The McDonald eating retard is also dumb. A lot of burgers have always been very high protein, anything made with chicken is.
But I bet they count the bread gluten as protein too

No, there's basically nothing wrong with McDonald's in terms of macronutrients compared to a burger you'd make yourself.

There are about 4 ingredients, it's hard to get that wrong, but there's always going to be retards who only think about things at a surface level, and would believe that even a plain salad from McDonalds is made of saturated fat and knives just because of what they've heard about where it was sold.

McDonalds is unclassy and too expensive for what it is, but break it down to its ingredients and it's basically fine.
399kcal for 25g protein in a little squashed double burger with some relish is fine.

I will give it to amerisharts, pricing of food does influence their nation obesity rates, most countries in the world would suffer the same fate if they could get a lot of good tasting food on the cheap.

That's not the case anymore, for some reason American fast food chains upped their pricing, so now you can fatter and poorer if you eat there. So no more excuse.

I've been playing McDonald's Monopoly every day. I've won a dozen sausage biscuits, a few hamburgers, and a lot of fries and soda. It's worth it visiting one McDonald's at least five times a week for my free items.
