No, there's basically nothing wrong with McDonald's in terms of macronutrients compared to a burger you'd make yourself.
There are about 4 ingredients, it's hard to get that wrong, but there's always going to be retards who only think about things at a surface level, and would believe that even a plain salad from McDonalds is made of saturated fat and knives just because of what they've heard about where it was sold.
McDonalds is unclassy and too expensive for what it is, but break it down to its ingredients and it's basically fine.
399kcal for 25g protein in a little squashed double burger with some relish is fine.
