What is considered a non-embarassing bench press, squat, OHP, and deadlift?

Not necessarily impressive, but the point you shouldn’t be embarrassed of looking weak any more?

For the general population just hearing someone lift something around their bodyweight is impressive
For the average gymcel 1/2/3/4 is respectable
For terminally online retards with no personality who spend morbid amounts of time on /fit/ and instagram 3/4/5/5 is a good start

If your numbers are low enough they stop being embarrassing and start being intriguing. I saw a buff looking guy incline benching 25kg yesterday. I genuinely wanted to ask him what the fuck he was doing.

Mine is
Benchpress: 60kg 3x8 reps
Squat: 60, 70, 80, 8-6 reps
Deadlift: 60, 80, 100, 6x, 120 x2
Overheadpress: machine 40-50kg 3x8-12

I feel weak, im skinny 188cm around 70kg. Benchpress and squats are very hard to improve for me. Eating a lot is also hard.

1 plate OHP for reps = natty limit

1.5 plate OHP for reps = natty powershitter limit

2 plate OHP for reps = roiding bodybuilding limit

3 plate OHP for reps = roiding powershitter limit at a decent bodyweight

4 plate OHP for reps = obese roiding powershitter limit at a fat as fuck bodyweight

Were you at my gym? I routinely bench 135 incline, but look like I can do 225. Dont know why I'm not progressing. Have a tricep injury on right side, but dont think that's what it is. Routinely get mogged by dudes half my size.

It's embarrasing seeing shit like >>76738582 caused by egolifting.
Nobody cares how much you bench except you, and you will be unable to bench even 10% of your current number if you injure yourself now.

No, I care how much you bench. I care how much all of my friends and even people I don't know at the gym bench. Shut the fuck up.
The only people who don't care are the normies who literally can't see the difference between a 1pl8 and 3pl8 bench.
Anonymous No.76739075 [Report] >>76739090

The difference is the guy with 3pl8 has arthritis and does some gay shit like stretching and foam rolling for 3 hours after lifting to cope with his tendonitis.

Anonymous No.76739602 [Report]
Strict press: 60kg for reps
Bench: 100kg for reps
Squat: 140kg for reps
Deadlift: 180kg for reps
Reps = 5+ without frauding depth, push pressing or in general lifting like a spastic asshole

My bumbers are ~2/3/4/5 and i feel like absolute dyel
I feel like a 4 pl8 bench is where you start to actually be a big guy

I actually look down on people squatting 3 and dling 4 because the spinal loading is a lot of risk for negative reward, you just get a disproportionally big ass and thighs.

Lol, no. You're just weak as fuck. I overhead pressed bodyweight after 3 years of training, and that was entering my 30s while balancing strength and two combat sports. A bodyweight OHP is absolutely achievable and does not take half a lifetime.
