Since nobody answered you, you're basically walking around in a weight suit. Eat a calorie deficit and your body will start to consume fat as well as muscle that is no longer necessary to lift your fat ass around in day-to-day life. You can keep a good portion of this muscle if you do some kind of lifting/resistance training.
Essentially, slowly starve and lift even a little bit while you do it. Guy on the right is inside you, you just have to starve enough to let him out while giving his muscle a reason to stick around.
