Worth it is a subjective term. At that point your body is destroyed and you can never look human again. It's less about regaining a normal life and more about giving yourself 10 more years to live.
I got up to 515lbs. Down to almost 400 after a year and a half. I look more like a melted ice cream cone by the day. It accelerated my balding. I won't have a single attractive part on my body except for my non brown eyes. I've accepted that I will spend the rest of my life alone. Just hoping to maybe be able to see 50 or even 60 if I'm lucky.
If you're pushing 300+ I'm here to warn you, do whatever it takes to turn it around before it's too late. Don't become me.
