I stopped bulking two weeks ago and instantly went to only eating two meals a day and a water protein shake. I find losing weight way easier than cutting and I have to stop myself from tanking my calories so early because I have an extremely small appetite

I think a more pervasive issue is people not understanding how to maintain weight. If you're eating close to true maintence all weight loss efforts would stick and be cumulative. Even short term efforts. But the problems with logging are so vast the average person can't just not lose weight they can't stop gaining it
