Use it instead of lettuce on burgers sandwiches and wraps for something green that actually has nutrition. Admittedly it is less crunchy and more bitter thoughever.

I use it for those purposes and prefer a spinach salad over lettuce. It's more chewy which tricks my brain into feeling more sated.
That said the optimal way to consume spinach is to put it in a pipe and smoke it like Popeye.
Has a lot of nitrates which inclease you vomax (unless you use a mouthwash). But also has more oxalates than anybother veggies and will give you kidney stones if consumed without calcium. So if you are eating it together with a dairy or eggs, you are good. Otherwise there are much better options like arugula.

Literally a leaf, has barely any calories at all, any micronutrients contained within it will likely not be absorbed, even if it was, what's the point, an ounce of liver will btfo the biggest bowl of spinach.

After you digest spinach you get beta-carotene which you can, provided you are extremely deficient in retinol, convert to retinol via a long chain of bullshit. It's the proviso that's particularly important here and why vegans are unilaterally vitamin A deficient.
