Been training for 3 years and I'm bored as fuck with the usual compound movements. I want the weird shit that actually works but nobody does because it looks retarded or requires too much setup.
I don't care if it makes normies stare. Whatever gave you unexpected gains or fixed imbalances when nothing else worked.
I'll try anything once except sumo deadlifts because I'm not a cheater.
