I don't know how common it is for retinols creams to have them but many moisturizes do. It is not applied thick enough to protect well and retinol makes you more sensitive UV (particularly if you use it in the morning, which is why many use it only at night). If anything this spf is counterproductive for everyone who thinks they're are covered because of their AM moisturizer

I am ever so barely a millennial and went back to college after a long decade of handle per day alcoholism and heavy drug use, smoking as well.
I was never super heavy but I did put on some weight from drinking, but went back to school after getting my shit together and getting lean and then slightly ripped.

Shit, there was one class when someone asked what I did over the weekend and I answered honestly, they said it sounded boring and told me to come drink with them to which I replied “dude I’m almost fucking 30, I’m cool with being a boring old man” a little too loudly and the whole classroom was so silent you could hear a pin drop amongst a sea of hushed “no fucking way bruh”s, and then I got quizzed about my birth year, if I’d actually seen 9/11, and if I actually had to write long papers without the internet (I’m pretty sure they really meant without AI but didn’t want to ask out loud).
This is the first I’ve heard about millennials as a generation thinking they’re “not aging” though, that’s dumb as fuck.
I just thought I had really good genes or something.
