Going to the gym twice a day
I'm adjusting my routine through New Years to go to the gym 2x day at least 5 days a week. I'm reducing my intensity to lower CNS taxation and my cardio will be mellow zone 2 type shit.

Athletes exercise and work on their technique for far longer during the day than normies, and they're able to get much better bodies that perform. Sometimes they split it up, morning cardio, day technique, evening strength, something akin to that.
Losing fat is easier when one's body is constantly churning energy. As long as CNS taxation is low, recovery demands and cortisol are low.

Athletes also get their blood replaced with some mystery chemical cocktail that makes them stronger for a day than plain roiding.
