The best you can do is have her lift weights, in order to make her butt and thighs muscular, but the fat distribution is determined by genetics.
If she has a good amount of muscle in her butt and thighs though, to go along with the fat, it'll be really sexy, because it won't be all flabby.

It's not about just gaining weight, it's about gaining muscle in the right places.
(You can't gain fat "in the right places")

To gain weight though, she just has to eat more.
Recently I've been eating a can of tuna everyday with 3 spoonfuls of peanut butter.
Just drain the tuna, and mix it in a bowl with the peanut butter.
The peanut butter has a lot of calories so it's good for bulking. The tuna has lots of protein as well.
Other than that just eat more.

You can't. The closest you can get us liposuction, and its not guaranteed the fat will stay in those areas. Look at the body types of women related to her (mother, cousin, sister), you'll get an idea of where she'll gain fat if she gained more weight

What can we say? You bulk up, get muscular and bigger, and you want a bigger version of femininity to go along with it.
A masculine man is more masculine than a skinny one. A thick, plump woman is more feminine than a thin, skinny one.
The contrast between overt, visual masculine and feminine shapes is what's hot.

In this boat right now anon my gf is 5'5 112-113lbs. Very skinny, petite, has a nice ass naturally, but its untrained and could benefit from more weight and training.

Here's what I can say:

1. Have her on a good routine weightlifting routine, you have google to figure out what that is for women.

2. You need to be on top of her on protein, hydration, and calories.

Women are notoriously bad at guessing their macros and calories, make her protein shakes, help her track, etc.

I cant stress this enough.

3. Be patient, just like building a good physique for yourself, it will take her time, reassure her and keep her consistent

Furthermore, reassure her as she gains weight, if she's used to being super skinny and gets insecure about being bloated, or seeing gain around her stomach, compliment the thickness she's gaining elsewhere. Also more bluntly, do this while you fuck her as well.

4. Balance building muscle and fat for her, dont have her pig out and just gain fat, she needs both for your desired outcome.

5. Plant nicotine patches on her while she sleeps, so she won't leave you once she has a better physique and new found confidence

Well, what do you mean all the right places? If you want bigger ass and thighs, you just to have her do lower body exercises and have her consume no more than 70 additional calories of just protein a day. Women do not need to bulk nearly as hard as we do and it's going to take them a lot longer to actually gain ANY lean mass. If you mean breasts, then no, no hope in making those bigger. There's a chance that maybe very hard, maybe she will get bigger breasts after she has children, but that is not a definite or a given, and you should not impregnate her just for boobs. Fat distribution is genetic. If she has any bigger relatives, just look at them, and even then it's a toss up. She might have got the shit end of the stick. Do not make her gain weight. You have no idea what monster you'll create.

Sadly no, Cooper's ligament is what's responsible for the perky shape. Once it's snapped, that's it. They're gonna sag. No amount of muscle will fix that. No magical cream will fix that. Only a breast lift will fix that. Anything else is someone trying to sell you something.

Picrel is fantastic genetics maybe, but realistically its surgery and fraud pants. The gym isn't going to make her tits huge and it's not going to make her ass huge while her waist stays small. Gaining fat is just gaining fat. You don't control where it goes. Gaining muscle in females takes years and years and years of work. They don't have testosterone. It's not going to be something they can accomplish in a year. Building an ass from the ground up takes a long time.
