If do both:
flat bb bench + incline db press

If you only do one:
incline bb press

DUMBBELL always defeats the BARBELL.

depends on your proportions. the proportionally longer your arms are the more likely it is that dumbbell bench is better for you

If you're based like me you do db flat and db incline

bench is retarded. it's bad for shoulders. the scapula needs to freely move. the best benchers are doing a 1" rom memelift from a combination of elite thoracic mobility, short arms, wide grip and a big fat upper body. virtually any other chest exercise is better there are hundreds pick any of them

All those words just to say you can't even bench 1pl8

They are frauds and cheaters.
Dips are full ROM and actually useful in real life.

>the scapula needs to freely move.
Not if you retract them. If you just lie down and start pushing, which must be all you tried, it can cause problems because scapulae get jammed up by the bench.

no rom, no lockout, no retracted shoulders, it's still retarded cause it's and press, but alas:

Dumbbell is superior but I prefer machines

Also am I the only one here that thinks the most attractive part of a women's body is her stomach/belly button?

retracting your scapula is assumed and no it doesn't solve the problem of your scapula being pinned to bench dipshit literally any pec exercise is better than bench

Don't know why you'd assume it because it's a powerlifting thing and only recently widespread. It also completely solves the problem because the rom when they're retracted doesn't require them to move. I don't think you tried it, really.
