At what point of the progression are you? I've added some calisthenics at home to supplement my gym work because reasons and I've been doing just fine on handstands at 32. I'm at the point where I'm slowly walking myself away from the wall. Will probably be able to do it unassisted for meaningful periods of time in 2 weeks or so. I played sports as a kid but they never required handstands.

Are you a calesthenics only guy or do you also lift? Because unironically if you get your OHP, overhead extensions, all that up you'll notice handstands become a lot easier to pick up

I can kick up and, if lucky, stay in line for 10 seconds. But it always feel like it's just a lucky hit, I'm not feeling much control over it >>76760724
